Hey, I´m Lucy Mills!
I love football (soccer!) and its amazing potential to connect people and create social change. I have worked at global football brands, including Fútbol Club Barcelona and FIFA, and lecture on many aspects of the game, including the economics of professional football and football for good. I also contribute to initiatives related to impact football and gender equality.
I am the Founder and Chief Catalyst of Ready Sport Global (READY). We collaborates with athletes, sports organizations, universities, and companies worldwide to create learning experiences and programs on innovation and technology, with a focus on inclusion, impact, and women's sport.
I´ve worked, played and lived football throughout my life, from Yorkshire to Barcelona, with stops in Accra, Cape Town, London, and Copenhagen along the way.
